Dear team,  

First of all, I would like to send you a message of encouragement and support in a particulary challenging year. I hope that you and your family and loved ones are well.  

I would also like to take the opportunity of sending you a letter at this time, not only to wish you happy holidays, but also to express my deepest gratitude and respect. Firstly, for the welcome you have given me in this beautiful adventure that is E22. And the second, because I am aware of the huge amount of work you have dedicated to this common goal, to carry out a project from below, with professionalism and effort.  

Both values have been reflected each day, in each project, with each client, something that makes me feel very proud. We have a bright future ahead of us, with a team ready to achieve any goal but, above all, with the will to build it together. I am sure that, with the work and dedication you have shown during this time, we will get very far.   

 In every contract, in every stack and battery, in every design, in every new client; I encourage you and ask you to build together that common goal, kW to kW; MW to MW, day by day, so that very soon we can celebrate our first GW together. You just have to keep demonstrating what I know you are worth.  ​​​​​​​
