E22 participates in the GEOBATT project supplying and integrating Vanadium Redox Flow batteries in the project. The purpose of the project is the hybridization of geothermal sources with energy storage to obtain sustainable buildings with practically zero energy dependence on the conventional grid.

This project has an enormous field of application, both in developed and developing countries, to contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly architecture.

Geothermal energy is a renewable and non-polluting source capable of producing enough energy for a building’s own energy consumption. The Vanadium (VRFB) technology provided by E22 works as a support to provide energy at times of high consumption, regulates and stabilizes the building’s electrical system.
